Step-By-Step: Adding a New Record in bacpac

It couldn’t be simpler.

1. Log into bacpac
2. Click the “Add New Client” button at the top of the page
3. Add your client’s name and date of birth

Your client is now registered!

When you are ready to start working with the client, adding the referral information is just as straight forward. If you add the information on the day of the referral, you do not even need to enter the date, you can just press save.

Now you can begin recording client notes.

bacpac is a complete and holistic client management system, offering everything you need to run an effective practice.

But that doesn’t mean that it dictates the way you work.

Another example: if you use a paper diary and are not yet ready to switch to an online calendar system, you can continue to do that, while still using bacpac to manage and securely store your client records.

If, on the other hand you use an online system such as Google Calendar for your personal schedule, the appointments you book into your bacpac calendar will automatically sync with that!
