If something happened to you tomorrow, what would happen to your clients?

Could a trusted colleague reach them? bacpac trial users challenged us to find a solution to this issue without compromising client confidentiality; a sort of living will for therapists.

So that’s exactly what we built.

At Mayden, we understand the importance of data security and have designed a system that maintains complete confidentiality while still ensuring that client contact information gets into the right hands.

Visit the Living Will section within bacpac and enter a passphrase as well as the name and contact details of a trusted colleague. You will have the option to send them an email with instructions and can share the passphrase with them in person.

In the case that you’re unable to continue treating your clients, your designee can call the bacpac team and confirm your details and passphrase. At that stage we will be able to share your clients’ contact details with them.
