- The bacpac project has been a joint venture between BACP and Mayden. BACP have been involved in the project from the outset, and have shared their vast knowledge and expertise throughout the development process. Their involvement has been instrumental in developing a highly functional, intuitive client management system, designed specifically for counsellors and psychotherapists.

We also offer every user a free trial, so when you sign up to bacpac you can make sure you are completely happy with it before you commit to a subscription.

- What are your support hours?
- There are many ways that you can get help if you need it. Firstly, always check our comprehensive help site. This includes video ‘how to’ guides as well as answers to all frequently asked questions. If you require more hands-on assistance, then you can email us. Our hours for email support are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
- What hardware do I need to run bacpac?
- bacpac is a web-based system, which means you can access it via PC, Mac and tablets.
- What browser do I need to use?
- bacpac has been specially designed to work on the latest major browsers, including Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Google Chrome. It is recommended to run the latest version of your favourite browser when using bacpac. bacpac will run on Internet Explorer 8+. Due to incompatibility with our high security standards, bacpac will not run on Safari 6.1 OS Lion. If you have OS Lion, we suggest you download Google Chrome or Firefox.
- If I decide not to renew my subscription after the first year will I have access to my records?
- If at any point you choose to end your subscription, you can use the export function in bacpac to download all of your data and take it with you.
